When will my order be shipped?

Non-Customized Orders: Can be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after ordering.

Customized Orders: Processing time is 5 business days.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

Note: If your order has not been shipped within 7 days, please contact customer service.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

Standard Shipping (Regular Shipping): Normally takes 10-30 business days. (Free)

Express Shipping (Fast Shipping): Normally takes 5-15 business days. (Extra fee) <Recommended>

Shipping time is calculated from when the tracking website updates with your package information.

Some countries cannot receive goods via DHL/FedEx/EMS, but we will provide other regular delivery methods.

If you want to receive your jersey as soon as possible, please choose fast shipping. Additional fees will apply.

Delivery Address

Please fill in the correct delivery address. If your delivery address is incomplete, it may cause delays, delivery failures, or returns.

If your package is returned, you will need to pay an additional $15 shipping fee to resend it.
